REFUND AND RETURN POLICY FOR HONDORA

 

AT HONDORA, WE STRIVE TO ENSURE THAT OUR CUSTOMERS ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THEIR PURCHASES. IF, FOR ANY REASON, YOU ARE NOT FULLY CONTENT, WE ARE HAPPY TO OFFER A STRAIGHTFORWARD RETURN AND REFUND PROCESS. PLEASE REVIEW OUR POLICY BELOW FOR COMPLETE DETAILS.

 

RETURNS

 

WE ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS THAT ARE IN NEW AND UNWORN CONDITION. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

 

• THE ITEM MUST BE UNUSED, UNWASHED, AND IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION.

• ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND TAGS MUST BE INTACT.

• ANY ITEM SHOWING SIGNS OF WEAR, DAMAGE, OR ALTERATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.

 

YOU HAVE 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVED YOUR ITEM TO REQUEST A RETURN. AFTER THIS 14-DAY WINDOW, WE WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT RETURNS.

 

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN

 

TO INITIATE A RETURN, PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM AT [INSERT EMAIL/CONTACT INFO HERE] WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER, THE ITEM(S) YOU WISH TO RETURN, AND THE REASON FOR THE RETURN. WE WILL PROVIDE FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PROCEED WITH THE RETURN.

 

ONCE YOUR RETURN IS APPROVED AND RECEIVED BY OUR TEAM, WE WILL INSPECT THE ITEM TO ENSURE IT MEETS OUR RETURN CRITERIA. IF THE ITEM IS IN ACCEPTABLE CONDITION, WE WILL PROCESS YOUR REFUND.

 

REFUNDS

 

IF YOUR RETURN IS APPROVED, WE WILL ISSUE A REFUND TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING THE RETURNED ITEM. PLEASE NOTE THAT IT MAY TAKE ADDITIONAL TIME FOR THE REFUND TO REFLECT IN YOUR ACCOUNT DEPENDING ON YOUR PAYMENT PROVIDER.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

 

SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS THE RETURN IS DUE TO A DEFECT OR ERROR ON OUR PART.

• ANY ITEM THAT DOES NOT MEET OUR RETURN CONDITIONS WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER, AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REFUND:

 

• ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN, WASHED, OR DAMAGED.

• ITEMS RETURNED AFTER THE 14-DAY RETURN WINDOW.

• FINAL SALE OR CLEARANCE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE).

 

EXCHANGES

 

WE CURRENTLY DO NOT OFFER DIRECT EXCHANGES. IF YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM, PLEASE FOLLOW THE RETURN PROCESS AND PLACE A NEW ORDER FOR THE DESIRED ITEM.
